Welcome to Hungry Heart. We're a warm, friendly, community-minded bakery + coffee shop in the wonderful Montavilla neighborhood. It's nice to meet you!

We started as a cupcake + coffee focused food truck in 2010, but we've come a long way since then! While our cupcakes are still one of the favorite things we offer, our menu of coffees, teas, delicious breakfast sandwiches (on house-made bialys, & croissants!), sweet + savory pastries, cookies, muffins,and more tasty baked treats has something for everyone. (This includes a limited but delicious selection of vegan + gf items!)

Our belief in using locally-sourced, seasonal ingredients has been a part of our mission since the beginning, & we apply it to all that we serve. This means that while you'll see a number of our menu items year-round, others will change based on the season, so that whatever you're having will always be made with fresh, high quality ingredients & lots of care.

All of our treats & breads are baked fresh daily. Our coffee comes from local companies we admire. We offer both classic crowd-pleasers & inspiring, innovative flavor combinations. We're equally excited to be your morning stop for coffee, make you your favorite breakfast sandwich on a lazy Saturday afternoon, or to bake up some of our cupcakes for your special occasion.
